Itinerary

Upon arrival in Ha Noi city, transfer to the hotel directly. Check-in hotel for freshen up and relaxation and spend the rest of the day exploring the capital of Vietnam.

After breakfast at the hotel, take part in a city tour. The tour includes Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, His House on Stilt, President Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh museum, Temple of Literature- the first university of Vietnam.

Lunch in a traditional restaurant. Then stroll around the Quarter’s 36 streets named for the products historically sold here. After that, past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters and visit Ngoc Son temple.

Enjoy a water puppet show for a look at traditional performance art in Vietnam before heading back to your hotel.

We transfer overland to Halong Bay, northeast of Hanoi and enter into the Red River Delta, rich with rural beauty and picturesque rice-farming villages. Once reaching Halong Bay, we board the wooden junk and set sail for a leisure cruise of Halong Bay. Declared a World Heritage Site to protect its beauty, we'll cruise through its three-thousand islands and rich rock-formations, passing by Ga Choi Island, Dinh Huong Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, and even visit Sung Sot Cave. Lunch served on-board while viewing the islands.

Cruise on through to the Lom Bo Canal area to visit a local Pearl Farm and take the chance to buy a special souvenir. Choose to kayak or walk about the floating village.

To end the day, spend an evening participating in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration from the onboard chefs! Enjoy the delicious seafood dinner and try your hand at squid fishing.

Start an early day to enjoy the sunrise and have breakfast on the boat before cruising along Halong bay.

Then back to the port and transfer to Hanoi (about 4 hours).

After enjoying the breakfast, leave for the airport to catch a flight to Hue. Upon arrival at the former imperial capital of Vietnam, transfer directly to the hotel. Spend the rest day exploring this city independently.

Depart from Hue to Hoi An Ancient Town. Drive along the Hai Van pass- A contender for the most famous road in Vietnam, winding around a mountainside above the East Sea, on the central coast and stop at the dynamic city of Da Nang to visit the Museum of Cham Sculpture. Then, head to Hoi An and spend the rest day exploring independently.

Start a day with a walking tour to the Ancient Town of  Hoi An which mixed culture of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese. Recently declared a World Heritage site, Hoi An is being beautifully restored and preserved, with parts of the town looking exactly like they did more than a century ago.

Have lunch with traditional dishes before transferring to Cam Thanh Village (Bay Mau Coconut Forest)  exploring the culture and lifestyle of local people. And you have an opportunity to ride a bamboo basket boat and explore the dense coconut palm forest by bamboo basket boat.

  Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel, soak up the atmosphere, or just rest your legs at a local restaurant

Take a flight from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City- formerly known as “Saigon”. Then spend the rest day relaxing or exploring the city independently.

Start your journey at the Central Post Office and Opera House, combining a classic European design with Renaissance and Gothic architectural features. Then continue walking to the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum - well- known as a symbol of victory, peace and territorial integrity of Vietnam.

Have lunch in Ben Thanh Market which is one of the busiest local markets. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy famous Vietnamese foods and shopping for lovely souvenirs.

In the afternoon, visit a small fruit market by a cyclo! This traditional rickshaw takes you for a leisurely journey into the winding alleyways of the Chinatown area, arriving at Cha Tam Church and Chua Ong Pagoda, a stunning example of Chinese-inspired architecture.

Then return to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the evening by exploring the city’s bustling nightlife or tuck in early for the evening.

Start the day by taking a short trip to the countryside. Along the way, stop by a cricket farm and learn how the tiny insects are raised and turned into nutrient-rich snacks. Dare-devils also get the chance to sample some crunchy crickets wrapped in spring rolls.

 Continue to Cu Chi Tunnels. You will have the chance to admire the incredible underground Cu Chi tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. Afterwards, board on a speedboat along the Saigon River and admire the charming scenery on the banks having rice paddies, fish farms and rickety wooden homes perched on the river’s edge. Then have lunch at a waterside restaurant before return to Ho Chi Minh City in the mid-afternoon.
