Start your journey at the Central Post Office and Opera House, combining a classic European design with Renaissance and Gothic architectural features. Then continue walking to the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum- well- known as a symbol of victory, peace and territorial integrity of Vietnam.

Have lunch in Ben Thanh Market which is one of the busiest local markets. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy famous Vietnamese foods and shopping for lovely souvenirs.

 In the afternoon, visit a small fruit market by a cyclo! This traditional rickshaw takes you for a leisurely journey into the winding alleyways of the Chinatown area, arriving at Cha Tam Church and Chua Ong Pagoda, a stunning example of Chinese-inspired architecture.

Then return to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the evening by exploring the city’s bustling nightlife or tuck in early for the evening.

Start the journey to explore Ben Thanh Market, located in the downtown area. The market has more than 1600 stalls, wholesale and retail of all kinds of goods, from daily food items to luxury goods. In the produce section you will pick out all your ingredients to use in your class, but don’t worry your chef will be on hand to guide you through all the weird and wonderful vegetables and herbs there.

With your ingredients bagged, head to the cooking class for a hands-on cooking lesson in a large traditional home. Vietnamese food is healthy and simple to cook and often including many kinds of food such as meat, shrimp, crab with vegetables, beans, rice. There is also a combination of sour, spicy, salty, sweet, fleshy fat …. Then, enjoy your dishes.

Spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring the dynamic city independently.

Leave Ho Chi Minh city behind, drive to Ben Tre (about 2 hours).

On arrival board a small boat to visit typical workplaces including small brick factories, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house.

Stop at a quiet village, take a short walk to witness local life and hop on a tuk-tuk (a kind of motorized rickshaw) to travel down country roads to the pier. Here you will continue to get on the boat for cruising along the river. While on-board, join in the demonstration of Vietnamese cooking class before sitting down to enjoy it. After lunch, relax on the top deck and take in the scenery back to Ben Tre where, on arrival, you will transfer back to Ho Chi Minh, arriving late in the afternoon.

 In the evening you’re free.

After breakfast, take a short flight to Da Nang. Then transfer to Hoi An Ancient Town (about 40 minutes). Hoi An is a city on Vietnam’s central coast known for its well-preserved Ancient Town, cut through with canals. The former port city’s melting-pot history is reflected in its architecture, a mix of eras and styles from wooden Chinese shophouses and temples to colourful French colonial buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge with its pagoda.

 Then, free time to explore Hoi An.

Start in the early morning to visit a local market before cruising along the Thu Bon River to the Cooking School. Here you will have the opportunity to explore the school’s herb gardens and take part in the cooking lesson. Your chef will explain the secrets of popular Hoi An specialities. Hoi An is a street food town full of local specialities. For instance, even the dishes served in the restaurants began their days as street food. Cao Lau, Mi Quang and Com Ga are all working people’s meals. Firstly designed for wolfing down on your break; satisfying, healthy, and quick.

 After learning some indispensable culinary techniques and sampling some delicious specialities, spend the rest of day walking along the riverside promenade. And floating traditional lanterns along the river – beautiful cultures in Hoi An by night.

Start a trip driving along the Hai Van pass - A contender for the most famous road in Vietnam, winding around a mountainside above the East Sea, on the central coast and on to the former imperial capital of Vietnam, Hue.

Then visit The Citadel Complex of Hue, set up by Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 to 1945, is now one amongst the relics of the Hue ancient Capital – the World Cultural Heritage, capturing much of tourists’ attention.

 After that, take a boat ride down the Perfume River to ancient temples and pagodas

 In the evening, you have the chance to learn about the regional cuisine by the local chef before joining an authentic Hue dinner.

 Next, transfer to Hanoi Cooking Centre.  It is a professional cooking centre on the fringe of the Old Quarter offering both cooking classes and tours of markets and street food. the local chef will explain the basics of Vietnamese cuisine, which is known for its heavy emphasis on fresh herbs, spices and greens. In our classes you will prepare dishes under the guidance of experienced chefs at your own work station and each workshop will conclude with enjoying the food you have prepared.

- See, taste and discover the local food scene by experiencing some of Hanoi’s quintessential street food.

- Then, arrive back to the hotel for relaxation.
